I recently worked with Jonathan Barge from Accruit on a reverse exchange and I was very pleased with the experience. If I could sum it up in one word, it would be "dependable". Every time I needed something, he was there to respond and help me through the process. At the end, we had a change in direction so we didn't follow through but they were very nice and understanding about it. I will be using them for sure on future exchanges.

I engaged in a 1030 Exchange with Martin and the team at Accruit approximately 12 months ago. I found Martin to be personally attentive, and his team very responsive. Accruit is supremely versed in the 1031 process at both federal and local levels of compliance. As an aside, our attorneys and legal representation on the purchases and sales of both of our properties both cited Accruit as THE experts in the area of 1031 exchanges although they are located in separate states outside of where the purchase transactions took place.
