Attorney Richard and Christina represented me in a custody modification. They were both terrific attorneys. I am so glad they were able to represent me as I feel they were both a God send. I first met Mr. Perry when he did my consultation. He looked at my previous court order and discussed my concerns with me based on that court order. He then discussed a plan of action with me. I left that consultation more confident than ever as I do not believe my previous attorney took the time to explain my situation with me. After the initial consultation, I had the opportunity to work with the legal staff and everyone was always so friendly. If the attorneys were in court, the legal assistants were always able to get prompt answers to my questions. I believed my matter was very complex and I was sure that I would have to go to court. We were able to schedule a mediation and Mrs. Perry was there with me during that time. She was fantastic. We made the first offer and she went over and fully explained everything to me in my counteroffer. We were then able to come up with a second offer to send back to the opposing party and, ultimately, we were able to settle without the need of having to go to a trial. Before I found this law firm, I honestly felt like I was in an impossible situation. My ex-wife did not want to cooperate with me; I had problems with being able to have visitation with my children; I felt that my relationship with my children was being completely alienated by my ex-wife. In the end, I was able to get a more fair custody arrangement and I was able to get more visitation time to spend with my children. I would use Attorney Richard and Attorney Christina Perry without hesitation. They are fantastic attorneys and the staff in their office are also great. I refer their services to anyone who has a divorce or custody problem.

Horrible Attorney. Charge you for calling his office. Very unorganized. Didn't cash the payment made with a check until I called them over a month later. He doesn't give updates on what he is doing but all the time he is charging you. RUN from this firm if you don't want to get taken for everything they can possibly charge you for.

I want to thank Maggi Eades, and the lawyer she worked with, Mr. Richard Perry. My divorce went as smooth as possible, and wasn't expensive at all.
