I spoke with advisor JAKEEL WELCH! Words cannot express enough how amazing he is. He's thorough, knowledgeable, extremely efficient and compassionate. He provided a comprehensive review of my corporate package, then went above my expectations and sent me an email recap without my having to request it. Furthermore, all of this was completed in an expedious time frame (during my lunch break)! He needs a raise because talent like him is hard to come by these days.

Today I had SOOOO many questions about our Land Trust and how that affects us in the selling process or turning the property into a rental and The Platinum Knowledge room came in clutch! I was able to get all my questions answered down to costs to move forward in each option which saves me from having to research those costs.
