It was my first time experiencing family court - I was nervous and emotional, to say the least. After interviewing two lawyers, I chose to hire John Keuscher based on his calm, kind and transparent demeanor. He was informative, professional, supportive and understanding. John and Tony are the kind of men that go above and beyond for their clients. I am so grateful for them both and everything they did to help with my case. If you want to be treated like a human, not a dollar sign - I highly recommend hiring John Keuscher for your family court needs!

What a nice little law office. It’s pretty low-key, with a decent location. I was able to park right out front of the office on Plumas Street. I had an appointment to go in and sign some papers to finalize a difficult legal situation. It’s usually not pleasant when you have to visit a attorney, at least until you can perhaps resolve a situation and move onto something better. Anyway, I spoke to the office manager, Tony, and he made me feel very comfortable in the office, even where I was on the opposing side of a process. Even so, he was very polite and professional, even though it was a stressful situation. This can often be common when you have to go to the lawyer’s office. The legal situation in Washoe County leaves a lot to be desired. People who are un represented often lose their rights because of their inability to pay for representation by professional lawyers. The courts in Washoe County, unfortunately, do not show much mercy for those who are unable to afford full-time representation from attorneys. The pro bono, lawyers, who I applaud them for their sacrifice, can only offer limited advice and support. The biggest problem with the pro bono attorneys is that they are so overworked and understaffed they cannot keep up with the demand for the clients that are in the worst situations. The law is biased towards the rich. It’s a fact, and don’t let anyone try to convince me otherwise. I’ve been there, done that. Nevertheless, in spite of my soapbox speech, I sat down in this office to sign papers, and when I discovered errors, I brought them up to the office manager, Tony. He really knows his stuff, and he took the time to look things over and make phone calls to correct the situation. Nothing in this world is perfect! I’m not criticizing or complaining because those errors were fixed by the time the paperwork was filed. Even though I was in opposition to this attorney‘s client, I gave them a five star rating because of their professionalism and their great office decorations! OK, just kidding, but the place did look nice. Good job you guys, keep up the good work, and don’t forget the little guy, everyone deserves equal representation under the law, yeah, right!

I cannot recommend John enough for how diligent and easy it was to work with him. I purposely sought out Anderson Keuscher Brachmann. As my case had potential of having the tribe involved. Going into this I had no idea what grounds they would have and how it would affect my case. John was very knowledgeable and very calm when explaining everything to me. His diligence in making sure every base was covered was highly impressive. He was very thorough to the point even the judge commended him on how effortlessly easy he made this process. I highly recommend their law office they are so professional and easy to work with.

10/10! Spoke with Tony the assistant there, he was very helpful and had tons of information, took down notes based on our call, second time I called he already knew who I was and what my case was about and help set me up a consultation with Jessica who is beyond amazing, she answered all my questions and left me with the reassurance I needed! In case I proceed with anything I will come here everytime.
