AWESOME service, I can’t thank Tori Appelhof enough for everything she did for me and my son. I went from 0% custody to 50% legal and sole. She fought tirelessly for my case and helped me get custody which was something I never thought would be possible after the break up with my Ex..(We were not married) Tori was compassionate, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable every step of the way. Worst lawyer ever! She billed $150K+ and then quit 100 days before trial because she was "overwhelmed". Dont waste you time or money with this firm.

Jacqueline is a rockstar in the court room! She is knowledgeable of the laws & statutes & judge's! She's so supportive! I had other attorney's arguing with my very difficult and crazy custody/ parenting / restraining order issues and got nowhere in the past 5 years! Today I am protected and feeling safe for the first time in a long time. She is also very conscientious of my money & understands that as a single mom my funds are limited, she's very resourceful! I'm so grateful for HER! Would recommend her to everyone!

*Revised October 2019* I ended up retaining Ms. Lutz again in July 2019. Yet again Ms. Lutz fiercely advocated for the best interest of my family and I. Ms. Lutz gave a very accurate, tenacious, passionate pleading to our Judge that resulted in the legal matter being ruled in my favor. Ms. Lutz presented a complex case and was able to passionately advocate on my families behalf. I was overly pleased with her legal knowledge and ability to put such a complex case together so precise. I will continue to retain Ms. Lutz on all of my legal matters in the future as well as reccomend her to others in need of superb legal representation. I first came to Ms. Jacquelyn Lutz of Appelhof, Pfeifer and Hart in October of 2016. It was definitely the worst time in my life and she compassionately spoke with me about my options.
