CROOKED CITY INSURANCE! If you are ever in an accident with a city vehicle or official, I strongly recommend seeking legal counsel before dealing with this company. As the insurance provider for the State of Arkansas, I expected professionalism and accountability. Instead, this company has failed to meet even the most basic standards of service. My son’s vintage car was totaled by one of their employees, yet he is the one left suffering. The settlement process was unfair, the payout was the bare minimum, and there was no willingness to work with us in good faith. We were patient and respectful, but were ultimately taken advantage of. Shame on this company for destroying a teenager’s dream and showing so little regard for the people they are supposed to serve

Can't speak for everyone else but I got run over by a cop and have been working with Sara Jansen to resolve the case. Been nothing but professional and courteous, also responds quickly and has been nothing but helpful.

My advice is get a lawyer before you deal with this insurance. A police officer, who is a client of theirs, hit my car and this insurance has been nothing but crooked.
