I would not recommend unless you want to pay $8,000 to someone who doesn’t know when you have court, doesn’t respond to messages, doesn’t do anything of the things he says he’s gunna do, so you have to settle yourself and get screwed over after he went on and on about how your case is so easy. I also spent half a year going on a wild goose chase for the little money he gave back after throwing together a bill an hour before finally getting the check and then telling me and my mom he over booked himself and I got caught in the middle and just shrugged it off. I now have to get a lawyer for my lawyer and take it to the board so save yourself time, money, stress, and go with anyone else.

Michael is a very sweet and understanding attorney. He was able to drop my OWI major misdemeanor to a reckless driving simple. He listens and documents everything. Today was a victory and if you do what I did and take responsibility and turn your life around 180 degrees from addiction anything is possible. Iowa court are truly full of grace. Thank you Michael!

As a person who has lost faith in our judicial system by observation, I have hope now cause of Mr. Aretha and his dedication and skills to delve and inquire with other legals that my daughter's case was dismissed. At times we often judge books by their covers And Mr Arleth seemed quiet but he is a tiger in hiding. Don't be afraid to retain him.
