Oh my gosh!! These people are the BEST!!! I have been waiting on ERTC money since Sept. 2022. ( yes..2022) The IRS could NOT get their act together. Carrie D. At Arvo Tech has called them at least 50 times ( I am not exaggerating) and she finally got me my money! Carrie was always reassuring and kept me in loop! I have never met her in person, but I feel like she is a close friend. 😊 I would recommend this company wholeheartedly!!

Have been working with the Arvo team for several years. Mallory is amazing to work with! They've outperformed our prior tax partner and the communication is excellent. They also have revamped their tech platform, continuing to improve efficiency and compliance.

The tax prep was done but their customer service agents are exceptionally rude, I won't be looking to use their services and regret using them vs another vendor for ERTC prep. It would have been prudent to wait to find more amicable (or local) services as opposed to using them for their Google ranking on the first page. Lesson learned the hard way. There isn't a name or signature on my email chain(s) so I don't even know who I am dealing with - my advise is to go with a company that treats you like a person vs a paycheck. I rated two vs one star because the service was completed albiet with errors and chargebacks I now owe to the IRS. The refunds also didn't come as promised but rather in increments so they had less of an impact on our fledgling operations. However, we're grateful for what we did get.
