Scott represented me in a child custody case and I was very impressed with the level of service I received from him, and his assistant Katie. From my initial consultation when Scott personally answered his phone and spent 45 minutes listening to my situation, through to the end, Scott always made me feel like I was his only client and was thorough in all his work. He provided me many options with best and worse case-scenario details. Scott is very knowledgeable in Iowa law and argues his cases giving countless examples from the Iowa law, complete with section numbers, and always kept a high level of integrity. Scott Bandstra is a very knowledgeable family attorney who truly cares about his clients. He is thorough in his explanations and attentive to all questions. Scott kept in contact often and was always available by phone or email. He understands coparenting life takes place outside of court and long after the battle is over - and always recommended taking the high road throughout the case; which was very respectable of him and important to us.
