Barlow & Niffen are an exceptionally competent and honest law firm. They represented me and achieved excellent financial results for me and my family. They are timely and always have time to take your calls and emails and meet in person to discuss how your case is proceeding. There are no surprises from this law firm in any category regarding a case, payments coming your way and what their fee will be. Interview several firms if you must before deciding on who will represent you but don't overlook this firm. Lawyers will give you "pie in the sky" assessment to get you to sign on. Barlow and Niffen will give you the truth about your case, how it will probably turn out and what the final result will be regarding pay out or any other legal issue you are hiring them for. It's better to know the truth going in and not be disappointed with your selection of your lawyer after the case starts. Changing lawyers in the middle of a case is highly expensive and usually means you're behind the power curve and you won't receive the results you're entitled to. So, make sure Barlow and Niffen are part of your interview process before you sign with another firm.
