My experience with Bartlett Law Firm exceeded my expectations. Working with Michelle was amazing. Her attention to my concerns were addressed professionally, respectfully, and courteously. She accommodated me above and beyond. I phoned her to let her know that I was running late for our scheduled appointment and she waited and met me with a smile and a pleasant demeanor. When I arrived to the office to meet her face to face for the first time she was the same kind, respectful person that I had spoke to several times on the phone. This has been a tremendous experience to work with someone who seems to really get it! Being Kind is life changing!! Thank you Michelle.

Michelle with Bartlett Law Firm contacted us to assist with an appointment for a client in our area, she was very thorough and responsive through this process and made sure that everything was completed in a timely manner. I really wanted to love this practice. Mr Bartlett is highly knowledgeable and I felt great with him as my lawyer. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for his paralegal, Michelle. She failed to actually read the emails I sent her, and as a result my paperwork was delayed, causing me a hardship. After a frustrating conversation, where she directly contradicted what Mr Bartlett had previously told me, and then a lot of back tracking, I was no longer comfortable with the representation. I attempted to contact Mr. Bartlett, but I strongly feel my attempts have been blocked. Hopefully they process the refund on the remaining balance of my retainer soon.

Wonderful experience in obtaining a will and power of attorney. Mr. Bartlett and Michelle were always helpful in answering questions. Reasonable in cost as well.
