I was given this firm information from a friend who chose them also ive had nothing but issues from the beginning. I paid the large amount right away to begin the filing part I uploaded all my documents and emailed and called numerous times with questions that I have been left unanswered. My 45 days has now passed and a debtor has now began to take money out of my checks again. Your messages get lost in transit and no call backs. When I asked for a supervisor numerous times I have also not been able to do that so the only choice I have is to leave a review for others to take caution and I'll be asking for me money back to find a more suitable firm to assist with my needs

Please don't get fooled by this company. They want their money in certain time. After that you find out all the "team members " you were talking to quit, "no longer work with them". They stop giving you updates, don't return calls etc. We had an citizenship interview where they were suppose to back us up, and no one showed up. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME HERE!

So easy to speak with and very kind people. The tell you everything you need to do to file bankruptcy but they pretty much do all the work for you. It's scary filing bankruptcy but they put you at ease with their understanding of issues people have faced. Price is affordable and they will work with you on payments. I'm blessed to work with them on my case I know im in great hands.

I came to miller and miller hoping to file and they charged me and arm and a leg to “file” but I was paying biweekly to get to half. I was able to consolidate my debt at another firm and I called to ask for a partial refund because they hadn’t done anything for me yet at least not that I had seen. I had not submitted any paper work yet because I wasn’t sure I was going to file just yet. I asked if could see or know what cost them 800$ in the background which I can’t see and I was told no. They obviously know people are coming to them because they are financially struggling and if we’re being honest they really didn’t help me they just started my case and maybe got some paper work set up for me. If the lawyer got paid 800 to do nothing for me that’s insane. So they happily took money from someone who needed help!! I get things aren’t free but I even asked for proof of what was “done” for me and wasn’t showed anything. Scam if you ask me I would’ve even been ok with any money back.
