All the staff has been super helpful, especially Chelsea. Super responsive via email and text. Process moved swiftly and appreciate their patience as they answered all my questions and concerns. While this decision is never one that someone makes easily, they have helped remove a good portion of the stress that I felt about it.

i am being generous giving them 1 star. they are awful, the only time they ever called me was to want money. i paid my bankruptcy off , and they still wanted more money than the agreed fee. they never helped me and it has been well over a year. nothing filed. I sent them the paperwork they wanted, and, somehow they seem to have lost some of the paperwork. every time i contacted them they kept telling me the person assigned to my case no longer worked for them. i would find a reputable attorney , but i suspect miller and miller will not refund my money, so, i am stuck with them and poor service.

Big mistake! I’ve should’ve listened to my gut feeling when they had me come in for a consultation and when I get there they didn’t have me down for the time I was supposed to start. The lack of communication is horrible!!!!! You call them and leave messages and they don’t return your call nor let you know what’s going on with your case! They’re quick to take your money but ain’t quick on anything else! Before I even excepted or considered paying them to do my bankruptcy I was told I needed 7 months of paystubs before they filed and now after I signed the contract, now they want paystubs from 2023! Who is the hell has paystubs from almost 3 years ago? Why even ask me to submit the last two years of taxes then? They’re telling I need to submit other documents as well which I submitted already and they keep asking to resubmit the same documents!!! They so unorganized and hard to work with ! All these five star ratings are bs!! This has turned into a nightmare which I don’t even want to deal with them anymore! Biggest mistake I’ve done was dealing with miller and miller! You’re spending $2700 and you’re doing all the work!!!!

I truly can’t say enough good things about this firm. I was so overwhelmed and scared about this process and they have treated me with dignity and compassion and really gone above and beyond to help me in ways that I did not even think were possible, I worked with Joe Coll during the onboarding process and he was amazing. My work schedule is really challenging and he was flexible in working with me on that, such strong communication, really gets things done and honestly he was so kind and reassuring, which he didn’t have to be. When discussing my car repossession, he flagged some details that may have made it unlawful and connected me with another lawyer to help me with that, and now I may be getting my car back and the loan wiped out. Completely over and above any expectations!!!I’m so deeply grateful, I never would have been able to handle any this on my own. I definitely made the right choice coming to Miller & Miller. 100/10 recommend!

Working w/ Miller & Miller has been great! Chelsea Knight did such a fantastic job communicating while we went through the process. She explained everything thoroughly and made my situation a lot less stressful than anticipated. Everyone I have worked with at Miller & Miller has been helpful and caring.
