Brian has represented me twice now in child custody cases, and I can honestly say he is brilliant. In the courtroom, I was blown away by how sharp and prepared he was. Even in moments when I felt unsure about how things were going, Brian was paying attention to every detail — going through my case, exhibits, and Colorado State laws — all while listening to the other party, cross-examining, and watching the judge’s reactions. He never missed a beat, and it gave me so much confidence. Outside of court, he was just as incredible. He was easy to communicate with, always available when I needed him, and patient with me when I struggled to understand or was overwhelmed by the emotions that come with these situations. My case and co-parent were very high conflict, but Brian handled everything with patience, grace, and a ton of hard work. In the end, he won my case, and I couldn’t be more grateful. A lawyer’s job should never be underestimated, and Brian truly went above and beyond for me.

I rarely write reviews, but Brian is exceptional. During a long and difficult process, he was always available. His communication was clear, calming, and professional. His rates are very reasonable. Above all else, he is a genuinely good human being who cares about his clients and their families and doesn't stop working for them. I can't stress enough how important that was through this process. He never gave up on us. He always had time for us. The compassion he showed is rare to find in any profession and I cannot say enough good things about him.
