Attorney Burke talked with me very Professional and gave me advice to help my Son with an ongoing issue with custody of his daughter. Very Helpful. Nice easy going Attorney to talk with. If you or a family member is facing serious criminal charges Attorney Patrick Burke is the lawyer for you. From my first call he was professional and extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the law. He took the time to explain the laws and expectations of the court dates which absolutely helped my stress level. He is a tough fighter and absolutely brilliant !! We originally reached out to Burke & Levy for a separate issue, but after explaining the complexities of our situation Attorney Andrea Levy immediately saw a separate issue and advised us on a few options that could help my husbands custody situation regarding my step son. After thinking about it for a few weeks, we decided we did want to move forward with one of the ideas Andrea suggested. Immediately after, Andrea and Patrick both started working on the case, providing care and detail to each piece of the puzzle. For one of our court dates, Patrick represented my husband and was well-versed in our situation and represented him well. After going back and forth quite a bit between Andrea, Patrick, DCF, the courthouse and the opposing attorney, Andrea and Patrick were able to help us and we are so grateful. When in an evidentiary hearing with Andrea, she knew our case and prepped my husband for testifying. She heard all of our concerns whenever they arose and helped us in every way she knew how. When we had a situation at nearly 9pm, she was quick to call us and text us back to help. They were very knowledgeable in child custody, DCF proceedings, and being established as a de facto parent. We are so grateful, and would suggest them to anyone looking for great communication, extensive knowledge on the inner workings of the court system, and someone who fights as if it’s their child. Mr Burke has been amazing and patient attorney. He also worked with me financially as well. From my Experience with Mr Burke I have realized that he will try his absolute hardest to ensure everything works out in your favor. I screwed up many times over the course of almost 2 years and Mr Burke was there to save me every single time. I wouldn’t have anyone else represent me except him. Truly an amazing attorney and very understanding, overall my entire experience with him was very pleasant and professional.

I would highly recommend Attorney Burke. He was great at educating me and kept me at ease through the entire process.
