Rachel and her team are amazing - they are very savvy about the process, know all the perks of the submission and eligibility criteria, and know exactly how to create your evidence materials in a way that makes the process seamless. We started in February 2022. After some ups and downs, we submitted NIW (+ priority fee) in March 2023, which was approved within one week, without any issues. Our date for AOS came around October 2024 (ROW), and we submitted the rest of the documents in November 2024. January 2025 we got EADs (only one i131 was approved for travel - for the dependent applicant). I 485 got approved this month and we got the approval notice right away. #EB-1A Approved in 12 days only# At Casseus Law, Rachel told me my case would be approved easily, even without extra requests for evidence. Even though I wasn't sure, she seemed very sure. I filed my EB1A with Casseus law and worked with Rachel Casseus on my petition. She has been amazing during the one and a half years of this stressful process and I now have my Green card.
