Spouse seeking help for wrongful termination case was rejected without consultation completed form sent by Leah Roper. Spouse has proof of wrongful termination still yet no help from this office very disappointing. No recommendations offered.

I contacted Center for Employment Law seeking help with a workplace issue. Unfortunately, my experience during the initial phone call was very disappointing. The woman I spoke with was dismissive and spoke to me in a condescending manner, as if I were a child, rather than someone seeking legal guidance during a stressful situation. When I offered my work email as a point of contact, instead of explaining concerns professionally, she responded in a way that felt judgmental and unhelpful. I understand that not every firm can take every case, but how a potential client is treated during the first point of contact matters. I did not feel respected or supported, and I ultimately felt discouraged from seeking help through this firm.

I contacted Leah Roper to help negotiate a one-sided severance agreement, and she did an excellent job working with the outside law firm, getting some terms relaxed/eliminated and payout substantially increased. I was very impressed with her knowledge and negotiating skills. and highy recommend her.

It has been a good experience with with D. Colby Addison, and Leah Roper. They were very kind, and helpful in guiding me through a very difficult situation. Leah helped me make an educated decision based on the best possible outcome of my case.Thank you for all of the assistance you have given. It has been much appreciated.
