Worked with Charles one time last year, great guy very helpful. Called back some months later to request another meeting for advise and the receptionist was rude, uncaring and wouldn't work with me. She just keep repeating the same unhelpful comments to my questions and concerns I couldn't schedule a meeting nor speak with anyone else. I've since moved on to another lawyer.

Charles is very easy to work with. He paints a clear picture of what to expect and how long the process normally takes. He handled our case with the utmost professionalism and our case was finished a lot faster than expected. I can't thank him enough for everything he did for our family.

Mr phipps is a kind hearted lawyer who has worked with my brother a few years ago and me most recently. We had face to face meetings which I prefer. He was honest about our case and no sugar coating. Our case was a success. Thanks Mr phipps

They are very nice and always answer the phones and ready to answer your questions. They explain everything for you and make it super easy and now my wife has her green card. Highly recommend Mr. Charles A. Phipps him and his assistant could not have done any better, they are great.
