I was in a terrible situation and Marc Chicklo took my case and saw me through one of the most difficult times of my life. He was so professional and kind, knowledgeable and efficient. I felt very comforted relying on his legal expertise and direction. His approach was always in the best interest of myself and my children and he expertly guided me through a complex legal process in a calm and practical way that helped assuage a lot of my anxiety and worries. Marc Chicklo was also very responsive and available when I needed him, and his team (and his office) was very professional and had a nice welcoming air about them. I felt better just walking into their space and then reassured further working with Marc. He is organized and thorough, open and clear cut, follows through in a timely way, and shows integrity and care. I have been told these are not always characteristics found in all lawyers, but Marc is obviously the best. He helped me through my divorce, child custody, and additional family law matters. Megan Hiser was so easy to work with. She was supportive, but realistic during some emotional custody issues. Her communication was phenomenal. I got a response to every question or issue same day and often within minutes of sending it! She explained what would go on before every hearing or court proceeding so I felt prepared and confident going in. Megan was a kick ass negotiator throughout my divorce process. Her efficiency and mindfulness, that her time = my money, was VERY appreciated. Megan began drafting the settlement documents while going back and forth with opposing counsel during negotiations at a judicial settlement conference. (During this process, the judge meets individually with one side and then goes to another room to meet with the opposing side to help negotiations to move along.) While the judge was in the other room, Megan updated the Final Settlement Document as we agreed on things throughout the day. This meant that the Final Settlement Documents were drafted and ready for signature almost as soon as the negotiations were complete! My case had a great outcome and I cannot recommend her more highly. I also met with Mark Chicklo during my initial consultation. He, too, was a wealth of information and very helpful.
