I’ll give them the compliment of attentiveness but it ends there. The receptionist seems like she doesn’t want to be there and couldn’t care less about what you’re going through. She said my case had been denied with the reason “not available” and a plead of ignorance about what it meant. I asked if I can get any further information from someone else but was denied. “I don’t know why they don’t want your case and they won’t be calling you to tell you” is unprofessional for a law firm.

Didn't even talk to me. I spent more time filling out their form they requested me to fill out, and by the time I drove to office 9 min away to drop off legal documents the front desk told me they would not entertain my case. No reason just have a good day.

It was difficult finding representation out in Bethel, AK. I felt very worried about my future before contacting Collier Law. It was great that they provided free consultation. After speaking to Jeremy and Michael, I knew they were the right guys to represent me. I was impressed on how professional and understanding the whole staff is. I could not be happier with Collier Law and specifically Ian Zwink! They kept me in the loop, explained things so I could understand what was happening and when things did not take as long as anticipated they actually refunded me a large portion of my initial payment which is unheard of!
