From the start, I never had a good experience from the receptionist (who was extremely rude), to dealing with two of the lawyers within the law firm - switching part way through due to the lack of availability of the first one. After dealing with the Partner of the firm, it was never clear on the pricing - even when I asked the receptionist (who wouldn't let me speak directly to the lawyers to get a straight answer), never actually was clear as to how I was being charged. I was charged full price for 1 hour, for ten minutes - despite the Partner being half an hour late (with no apology). When I wanted to follow up for him to have a quick look at ONE form, he said they would have to charge me the full price again. I reminded them how they were half an hour late last time (to no fault of my own) and they didn't care. I know now that not every law firm within Omaha is like this as I went somewhere else and they said they "felt bad for even charging me in the first place" because the review of the paperwork was so simple. I told them of my previous experience with this law firm and they said I wasn't dealt fairly with. Long story short - What a rip off with no good intention for my well-being. I work in client services and would NEVER charge someone for an hour for ten minutes, let alone 5 minute follow up. Would definitely not recommend to anyone.

I would leave a lower rating if possible. Would not recommend this lawyer, or the firm to anyone. If you want your case handled correctly look elsewhere. Both lawyer and her staff were unreliable and irresponsible. I would not recommend this attorney or her office to anyone. If you want your case to be worked properly look elsewhere. A lot of time and money waisted.

i highly recommend for Mr. Mark j Curley this Man is not only a lawyer for my experience he is a Humanitarian for me without ask money!! my n 400 was approved in April 2021 immigration didn't give me my certificate for over 4 month my wife passed away she was my sponsor then 20 month later immigration denied my case i go to see Mark he was able to help in 2 weeks i got my certificate in June 2023. thank you Mr Mark again

Contacted Mark Curley to assist with a post international adoption related citizenship issue centering around delays and lack of communication from USCIS. Mark immediately got involved and within 2 weeks, my issue was resolved thanks to Mark. He was extremely engaged and completely responsive throughout. I highly recommend working with Mark.

My husband and I met with Curley about 4 months ago to discuss gaining citizenship and also bringing his parents from another country. It was a great meeting and he advised us to wait after we got married and then to call him. My husband has called twice now. The first time the receptionist said she would have him call him back. 2 weeks went by and no call. My husband called again today and it was the same receptionist who started asking what his intention was, and that needs to set up another consultation. He told her 3 times that he is trying to get a hold of Mr. Curley so he can hire him for his services and get the process started. I don’t understand why his receptionist won’t deliver the message and have him call us back?! We are trying to HIRE him but she wants us to do another consultation? This is very frustrating when we are about to spend thousands of dollars for his services, but the receptionist won’t even have him call us back.
