Incredible service, lovely to deal with. It has been an absolute pleasure to have Andrew David as my Immigration Lawyer for the past 8 years and I would recommend him to anyone who wants a seamless experience. Andrew has been my Immigration Lawyer for almost 8 years and successfully secured two E3 working visas, helped me navigate my immigration status during the pandemic and most recently worked with my husband and I for 18 months to obtain my K1 visa and green card. He has always made sure that my paperwork is in order, that I’ve had all the evidence I need and talked me through the entire process to ensure I was prepared and had a clear understanding of what was going on. I cannot recommend David Immigration Law highly enough. My partner and I were living in Australia and wanted to move to the U.S., and we worked with Andrew and Brooke to secure a K-1 visa and later our AOS/Green Card. We had an incredibly positive experience — from Andrew’s clear guidance on the best visa pathway for our situation to Brooke’s day-to-day support in getting our applications perfectly organized. Brooke was also outstanding in her communication, not only answering all our questions (usually within 24 hours) but also proactively sharing helpful information at every stage. She was meticulous in ensuring everything was complete to avoid RFEs or delays.
