I shared a client with Emilee Daley who works for this firm recently. I represented our client on the Texas side of the case and Emilee represented the Oregon side of the case. She was professional, prepared, and a great resource in presenting our case to the Judge to make sure that the jurisdiction on the case remained in Oregon like it should rather than letting the case be filed incorrectly in Texas. Based on her work on the matter we worked on together, I would have no problem sending clients to DBMA as I am sure they're going to be in good hands.

Brittany Berkey of DBMA Family Law Group is not only an amazing lawyer but she is an amazingly caring human. I had an extremely difficult and ongoing custody and parenting time case with a highly contentious opposing party and Brittany always helped me to feel at ease and prepared for whatever was thrown at us. She always reassured me and kept me aware of all the details of my case and was always quick in her responses. I cannot say enough good things about Brittany as a lawyer, I don’t know how I would have made it through our ordeal without her amazing representation.

Patty Arjun has been my attorney on two very different cases that when combined involved pretty much every aspect of family law. I truly don’t know what I would have done without her as my advocate. I would highly recommend DBMA Family Law to anyone who considers empathy and compassion to be necessary skills in steering you through often very emotional and complicated family matters. I first worked with Georgina Miltenberger 6 years ago on an adjustment to parenting time and support. She was a markedly more professional, intelligent, and experienced lawyer than the one I used for my divorce years before. When life brought me to a point this Spring where I needed to seek legal advice I immediately knew I would reach out to Georgina. I was pleasantly surprised that she remembered me well despite the case being a minor one so long ago. Working with her through the pandemic she showed an even higher level of empathy and compassion. We spent time consulting via zoom meetings and phone calls. She helped guide through the first steps to solve my problems. Though I had a situation where she did not represent me in court, the amount of time she spent in preparing me thoroughly gave me a solid foundation to present my case and ultimately culminated in the judge ruling in my favor. I don't know how I would have got through filing a FAPA order and going through a challenge hearing without her wide range of knowledge and experience to educate and guide me; I went into my hearing fully prepared. I know that by her character that the rest of the firm must be of the same merit as she; with that said I would chose any of the lawyers to represent me again in the future.
