I contacted Justin after being referred by a friend who spoke highly of his services. I scheduled and paid for a $150 video consultation, which we completed, and afterward I followed the onboarding process by submitting my prior-year tax returns. After about two weeks without hearing back, I followed up and received a response with recommendations on how to proceed. I replied the same day confirming that I wanted to move forward and asked whether I should schedule another call or continue communication by email. After that point, I did not receive any further responses. I sent multiple follow-up emails over the course of November and December, left a voicemail with the office, and reached out again in January after the holidays to ask whether we would be moving forward or if I should seek other options. I did not receive a reply. This review is based on the lack of communication and accountability after payment was made. The consultation required payment upfront, sensitive financial documents were shared, and despite multiple follow-ups, there was no response or resolution. For these reasons, I had a negative experience and would caution others to consider this when deciding whether to engage his services.

I cannot be more happy with picking Justin to do my taxes. Extremely professional and very friendly staff and had me and my daughter out of his office with taxes done in a short amount of time.
