Took on our case as we were being sued. They withdrew counsel 1 month before we had to have everything submitted for trial which gave us zero time to find a new lawyer in the middle of a lawsuit. So we paid them a ton of money for nothing, and also lost the lawsuit since we were left with no representation. They will leave you high and dry if they don’t think they can win your case.

I reached out to this law office for assistance in obtaining tax-exempt status for my business. They were unable to help with my request, yet still attempted to bill me $215 for a simple 20 min introductory phone call—only informing me in the final minute that the shareholder’s hourly rate was $440. It was evident by the end of the call that they couldn’t assist me, but the shareholder offered to refer me to someone who could. A month later, I received a bill for $1,139.00, claiming he had spent "2.1 hours" researching my question. After reading other reviews, it’s clear I’m not alone in experiencing their questionable billing practices. I have worked with multiple attorneys across various fields and have never encountered this level of unethical and non-transparent billing. I strongly caution others before engaging with this firm.
