For an organization that is helping people, the lady, african with the low cut hair, I met is very condescending. She treated us with zero respect and kindness. I might need help but not at the cost of my dignity.

As a United States citizen working with this company is terribly pathetic representation! I feel for those who actually need the services! Poor communication and they don’t return calls. Don’t bother leaving a voice mail. And if you need the service Monday Wednesday and Friday 9-12 they take walk-ins and calls. Tuesday and Thursdays 1-5 I think it took 5 mins for her to provide that information!

Helpful and great at helping with paperwork. Caring and professional. Extremely knowledgeable about immigration issues. My husband and I were met with many unexpected challenges and they stuck by us. We were finally successful due to their help. Not to mention the services were provided at very reasonable rates and you can trust that they will do the job.

Very helpful people. They helped me with my green card renewal. They also helped my wife get a green card. They are there to help others and they do it well. They have great lawyers working there
