I went for an immigration consultation. My case is very straightforward, I'm not illegal. I was seen by Ms. Danlette Norris, an African woman with short hair. Upon our arrival, without even hearing our case, she began raising her voice at me in front of my husband and child, calling me illegal. Her behavior was highly unprofessional, rude, and completely lacking in courtesy or tact. I left feeling extremely offended and disrespected. Many Hispanics(like me) go to this place seeking help with immigration matters. It is unacceptable to treat people in a racist (that's how I felt) way or raise your voice at them when all they are looking for is guidance.

For an organization that is helping people, the lady, african with the low cut hair, I met is very condescending. She treated us with zero respect and kindness. I might need help but not at the cost of my dignity.

This is a very good non-profit that keeps the community. To include new immigrants with ESL classes and other services.

As a United States citizen working with this company is terribly pathetic representation! I feel for those who actually need the services! Poor communication and they don’t return calls. Don’t bother leaving a voice mail. And if you need the service Monday Wednesday and Friday 9-12 they take walk-ins and calls. Tuesday and Thursdays 1-5 I think it took 5 mins for her to provide that information!
