From the first phone call to the end of our case the entire team was amazing. Erica really took the time to get to know us so she could make sure for the best possible outcome for us. Our child wanted to take the stand but at the same time was very nervous but Erica made sure she was safe and felt comfortable the entire time. By the conclusion of our case we truly felt like we could not have better support. If we ever have any legal needs again Elsberry & Shively will be our very first call. We really cannot say enough positive about this law firm.

TERRIBLE LAW FIRM, my neighbor just called to ask questions and Kaitlyn got snooty and said “we do not call back immediately. No law firms will, call around and ask if you’d like” and hung up. Read the reviews they speak for themselves here.

I highly recommend having Chris and the team at Elsberry & Shively represent you for your legal needs. I’ve dealt with attorneys in the past and it’s always been very straight forward. Whereas, Chris actually took the time to listen and understand my situation. He treated me like I was a friend and not just another client. His legal knowledge is top notch but what sets him apart is how much he truly cares about each person he represents. I highly recommend having E&S on your side.

I had ended up in quite a legal mess fighting custody across state lines. My court date was approaching and my previous lawyer had switched law firms I still had not found suitable legal counsel. I was referred to Erica Shively. She she was kind enough to take my case last minute. The first time I spoke with her I was so relieved because she was diligent in getting my case back untrack immediately. Erica took much concern for my children's well being and safety. She is very sharp, intuitive, and aggressive when needed. I would definitely consider her a shark. I would highly recommend using erica shiverley if you're facing a difficulegal legal situation. I am more than happy with the results of my case.

I highly recommend Elsberry & Shively for legal matters. I called Erica when I was going through a tough divorce and custody battle and Erica Shively took my case and worked through every detail with me (and I was definitely a very needy client). She is professional and highly knowledgeable, but more importantly she is honest and cares about her clients. (She’s also a hoot to talk to!). She has a very competent, professional and friendly team of employees as well. I can’t say enough about this group of people.
