Absolutely useless! Rude puts off working on your case until the last second, comes to court totally unprepared. Definitely overpriced. Totally lacks respect for women. He is very indifferent and could care less about you, your children or your case. All that matters to him is money. . I don’t mind paying for a good attorney, however when it comes to Michael Malloy, I might just as well have flushed my money down the toilet! worstattorney I have ever dealt with!

Completely unprofessional, I suggest that you don't call these guys if you need an attorney for civil litigation, according to the narcissistic receptionist, they already have enough clients. She then refers me to another firm which handles estate planning and bankruptcy of which I WAS NOT LOOKING FOR, just a STUPID waste of time. But I am gathering this about many ND legal entities, they simply don't care..."oh hum...we don't care"...unprofessional, arrogant, out of touch!!

Josh Weatherspoon is an outstanding attorney. The staff at the law firm is very friendly and professional. He has done a lot for our family and we are very please with his hard work.

They had a conflict of interest that they would not discuss and therefore passed on helping me. I know what the conflict was and it was the pending situation I called about. I needed to defend the very reason I had called and that temporary situation labeled me guilty before seeing a courtroom and their finding of the temporary dcro as posted to my permanent record found me to be denied services by 13 local lawyers due to a conflict of interest. It is a petitioners world and I rate them low due to their accepting the terms of a defendents crime history to be posted before a hearing is done......I represented myself and the case was dismissed and to the naked eye which is always the case when someone's record is looked up the particular situation is on my record. Disappointed in this firm for not taking action with other defense attorneys and petitioning for the Attorney General to change their history profiling procedure...

Completely bulldozed and manipulated by the opposing attorney. I asked what the worst case scenario would be and that's what he delivered. I felt like he was completely disinterested in my case but had no problem billing me nearly 10k. Stay away if you care about your future.
