Massive thanks ROBERT for hands down the best constumer service I've ever had. I presented my problem and was given quite possible the best option I could of asked for with no hesitation. No problems communicating, thoroughly explained everything and gave me a great understanding of what to expect and what was expected. I'd give 10 starts if I could!!

Call this “company” to tell them my identity had been stolen. When they answer the phone they tell you the conversation is recorded. I had done my research and they are very unprofessional, so I also told them I was recording the call. I recorded the call. The woman that answered the phone said I was not supposed to record the phone call unless I was a business. At which point I responded but someone has stolen my identity and I realize the reputation your company has, so I need to record this call. She was very unhappy and abruptly hung up. If they call you my suggestion is to handle it directly through the company that says you owe them money. This is not a large amount of money, however it needs to be taken care of because it can affect my credit score. Callers beware.

I’m only giving this company five reviews for Jailyn . She was so patient with me I was on the phone upset and she was polite and considerate. Blessed me today corrected a wrong did above and beyond. Give her a raise she’s phenomenal!

I worked for F.H.Cann for seven mths. It was an amazing position, great company. I really enjoyed working with fellow co-workers as well. Management was great! Wish I could go back.
