Dimov Associates made the process genuinely easy and convenient from start to finish. As a disabled veteran, I needed help obtaining a tax exemption letter, and they handled it professionally. The first version needed a correction, and they immediately took a second pass and got it exactly right. Their email communication was excellent, which mattered a lot to me because it let me respond on my schedule instead of playing phone tag. They are not cheap, but the quality and responsiveness were noticeably better than other options, and they earned their fee.

Great crew! I had a very complex set of situations over a number of years and the team did a great job. They were always professional and patient when I took forever to get certain documents to them. They are always quick to respond and supportive. 5/5 recommend.

Horrible service. Charged me $715 for what the tax specialist kept referring to as a "simple return" which somehow took ~2 months to complete. Anytime I asked any question the response was "Give us some time to look into that" - even if those questions were simply about actions they had already taken. These questions then resulted in no answer because every email is responded to by a revolving door of people. At one point I received no response to multiple emails and phone calls for ~10 days. About 2 months after starting this process, I finally got to speak to a tax specialist who turns out had not reviewed the documents I had sent in my very first email causing me to have to have him review the documents with me on the call. They then had to change the documents they had completed "after careful review" despite the changes being related to the aforementioned questions I had already asked that they supposedly were taking extra time to carefully look into. Then, as the cherry on top, there was still an error on my taxes after all of that that was a result of actions the Dimov team took and I had to pay money back to the state anyway. I'm sorry but, for such a premium price, there is no way even one of these things should have happened, let alone the series of unfortunate events I had to endure. Not worth it - go elsewhere.

They are excellent—very professional and reliable. I've worked with them on a couple of occasions: once for filing my tax return and obtaining an ITIN for my spouse, and another time to resolve a backlog. Initially, I opted for a higher-tier package, but since we didn’t end up using all the services, they refunded the unused portion without any hassle. I highly recommend them.

We've used Dimov for 2 years and found them to be excellent. There was a bit of a delay in the initial processing but they also caught a few key deductions and paused the process so we could, on their advice, make SEP-IRA deposits that further reduced our taxes. Strongly recommended. We'll be using them again.
