David Felsen is great attorney, helped me with my case I was in serious problems facing jail time but he was so efficient that the same the my wife contacted him he went to visit me at the jail facility at 9pm and got me out 3 days after when they wanted me to be there till my court date 1 month after. then he won the case in court. I highly recommend David and his people ohh another thing his customer service it's amazing they let you talk they actually listen to what you have to say. Definitely satisfied.

When I first called David for my case he was able to meet with me in person on the same day to review documents and evidence. At this point I've called David multiple times to assist me. He has been able to make time in his schedule to provide advice, attend abrupt hearings, talk with prosecutors, talk to the commissioner and importantly have my charges dismissed. I would really like to highlight a moment we were in a court setting. He asked pointed questions to the petitioner that revealed my story and exposed how much they lied. This moment was incredibley satisfying to witness and got my case dismissed. I do not know much about law, however David has patiently and descriptively answered all of my many questions and clearly is knowledgeable about how to navigate the court system. He has guided me to take the right steps through the entire process even in times where I was paralyzed with fear to make any steps at all. He always described his expectations and explained that sometimes things will not go as expected, however there was always a plan B and even a plan C. I am extremely happy with the outcomes of all of my cases, his customer service is outstanding and I highly recommend him to anyone!

Stop looking any further. David is likely among the top 1% of lawyers in the area. David got ALL of my charges dismissed for both the state and DMV. He has an incredibly masterful use of case nuance, persuasiveness and timing and fluidly uses every tiny detail to his advantage. It makes makes working with him a joy to watch. David got my state case dismissal to happen within matter of a few minutes. He literally made another lawyers jaw drop and state "Did you just get the entire case dismissed?" as if the lawyer didn't register what happened. It reminded me of movie scene. I explicitly found him through a lawyer family member referral. He is known for expertise amongst the local lawyer circle which speaks for itself.
