Looking for an immigration attorney can be an overwhelming experience, and I am glad I came across Gasparian Spivey when Kathleen participated at a panel at my university. Leah is not only a good attorney, but an advocate. She was communicative and honest for every step of the way. I had a hiccup along the process but she was able to pivot and figure out what we needed to do to move forward. My wife and I requested Leah’s services in September 2023, and the experience was very AMAZING. My wife’s Parole in Place was approved in just five months, and we received her permanent residence card by July 2024. The process was very fast.
