Tried to schedule and initial consult online for a family case and didn't receive any call or email to set an appointment. Finally called in to schedule and the person who answered the phone seemed annoyed at my question and ended the call very abruptly when I said I had to give it more thought. Fast forward 2 months and wanted to commit to an appointment so called to schedule and received the same attitude. They said the soonest appointment was 5 weeks out. I asked a question about a living arrangement in the meantime but the person said she could not answer any questions at all or tell me anything whatsoever until I actually had our appointment. Doesn't sound like someone who wants to help at all. Not like I was asking for free services. I could have paid right then and there. Hire an attorney elsewhere.
