This firm used my involvement as a material witness to support and ultimately win another case. However, when it came to the case I personally brought to the firm, I received no meaningful assistance or advocacy. Despite multiple attempts to engage and seek help regarding my own matter, there was little to no follow-up or support. I ultimately had to withdraw representation due to the lack of action on my case. While the firm was successful in the other matter, my personal experience as a client was disappointing, particularly given the imbalance in effort and communication.

In my time with this firm, they were very thorough, responded to emails and calls in a very timely manner, and treated me and the situation with much compassion. Would highly recommend this firm!

TODAY I received my "Exhaustion of Benefits" letter, so now for my review. In my time with this firm…I worked with three lawyers, a legal assistant AND ended up being referred to an out of state attorney to help with my auto/personal injury case. In the end I was convinced to settle below policy limits of the AT FAULT driver's auto insurance. I was VERY hesitant to do this because I had never been in car accident like this and wasn't sure what care would be needed in the future. Little did I know how much this decision to settle would haunt me physically, emotionally and financially. The turn over with their legal staff at the time of my case was a red flag, but I was a year plus in. I was frustrated by what the attorney (Tanner France) at the time was doing on my case that I said I would start working on it as well. HE AGREED. Let that sink it! I didn't. I sent numerous emails with my concern of how my case was being handled to Woody. He was always professional and addressed them timely and I assumed with Mr. France since things would finally start to progress. I recently asked for my case file and when reviewing it I found ANOTHER client's information in it. I am grateful my car accident did not result in more injuries, but should have never settled while still receiving treatment. I should have been referred to the out of state attorney from the beginning.

Ward and Glass firm came to me by recommendation and truly thankful I contacted them. Woody and Geoffrey made me feel comfortable day one. They made sure I was always informed on procedures ,appointments and the process we would go through. Anytime I reached out with questions i had a response whether by email , text or phone call within minutes day or night. Day one I was treated with respect and felt like I was just as important as any other case they were working, very professional. I highly recommend these guys, I can’t imagine my journey with anyone else in my corner!!!

Ward and Glass took really good care of me with my case. They helped me to get a fair settlement and I will recommend them to family and friends or anyone who needs a good team of attorneys on their side. They communicated with me every step of the way and made me feel like they were working for me.
