I can’t speak for the work this firm does because I couldn’t even get through to speak to anyone. The automated system gave me options to transfer the call but since I don’t know who to speak with, I opted for a transfer to the operator. Well, the automated system told me the call couldn’t be transferred and gave me the same options. I don’t have time for this foolishness so I’ll reach out to someone else.
