Grandparents Rights are tough to attain in the state of Texas. Ms. Goldsberry was very forthright regarding the difficulty that my family member would be facing in order to see her grandchildren. Shari did everything possible to facilitate a reasonable outcome between both parties. We appreciated her efforts and the support that her office provided during the entire process. The outcome was not ideal but due to her efforts and expertise an acceptable agreement was reached.

I had three different consults with different local attorneys. When I went to see Shari she was able to immediately identify the type of person we were dealing with when it came to my ex and the severity of the situation. I will say, I never got the warm and fuzzy, be my friend, type of vibe from her. But I didn’t want a friend. I wanted an attorney who got it. I wanted a shark. My case took time, a year to be exact, but she played our cards right and I got every single thing I wanted in my case. Chris, her paralegal was absolutely amazing through the whole process and responded quickly to my responses. Shari was very upfront about her costs and gave me insight on where to save my money. I couldn’t thank Shari and her team enough.

From the day I met Shari Goldsberry, I knew I had found my warrior to champion my special needs kids and their cause. There were times she was brutally honest and I did not want to hear it, but she fought with me not against me and we won. She was honorable and fair despite the opposition. Her team is compassionate and anything but lazy. I highly recommend this law firm.

I hired this firm for my divorce obviously. She talked a big game in the first meeting but quickly changed after getting paid. I would avoid this firm at all cost, quick to sale themselves and do very little after the fact.
