You aren't just another case to Goodman and Keller! As with anything each situation is unique. They take the time on the front end to understand you as well as evaluate your case. Jeff and Nicole were very helpful throughout the process by explaining the situation(s) and the possible outcomes as we went through each phase of the suit. Brenda is an unbelievable asset to the group. Her knowledge of the processes and being on the front lines with you was comforting. Frustration can get the better part of you but the patients she showed with me was appreciated. i would highly recommend these folks if you are in need! They are very good at what they do.

Jeff and team are very efficient and did an excellent job keeping us informed at all times of what was happening during our case. Brenda is OUTSTANDING in her job. I first reached out to Jeff after I was hit by a car while biking. As a bike enthusiast, this had never happened to me before.
