I called to ask what I needed to do in for a complaint. I specified I wasn’t sure if I should refile or add an addendum with a notice of addendum. I just had the one legal question and I was advised that they wouldn’t be able to provide this advice. Seriously?! If you wanted a client this is a good way to deter a future client. Update: I called several other firms that willingly provided advice general in nature. Why general advice wasn’t doable for this firm on very basic court procedures that any lawyer would know is beyond me. There is nothing unique about Federal Rules of Procedure or Local Civil Rules; all cases follow these rules.

Our daughter's case was an employment termination settlement. Mr. Hammons doubled the settlement offer. Case was handled quickly, professionally and fair. Hammons & Hurst was recommended to us by a different law firm who did not handle these kinds of cases. Family could not be happier with outcome of this case.

Amber Hurst was absolutely amazing and dedicated! While a lot of lawyers seem callous and uninterested she came across the complete opposite and beyond impressed! I would definitely recommend her!!!!!
