10 out of 10 recommend Shelbie Hankey and Hankey Law Firm! From my very first phone call with Mr. Brad and Mrs. Kelley getting me set up with Mrs. Hankey to every phone call and meeting after everyone was so helpful considerate and compassionate. Having to get a lawyer for any reason is stressful but when it comes to your babies and your family it multiplies all the fears. Mrs. Hankey was always available to help answer any questions and always kept me completely updated on each and every step throughout the whole process. It didnt matter if it was early morning late night or weekends responses were very quick and I was never left wondering. Mrs. Shannon was also ready to step in and handle anything I needed and showed up to every court date. Family means everything to me and Mrs. Hankey worked fiercely to achieve the outcome in the best interest of my children! She will do her absolute best and you can not only tell she cares for her clients you can feel it in the way they treat you. Ms Hankey is a very knowledgeable and caring attorney. The entire staff at this firm are friendly and caring. I never once felt like I was ‘just a case’. They kept me informed and updated every step. Ms Hankey and her staff gladly answered any questions and made sure I understood and was comfortable with the process. I would highly recommend this firm.

The sweetest staff! Mrs. Hankey and her staff go above and beyond for her clients and keeps the children’s best interest first. She helps navigate the best solutions for both parties with the situations at hand. Her staff are so helpful and kind with explaining and answering any questions you may have. Highly recommend!

Horrible experience fighting a custody battle for my daughters. Paid 13k for no evidence to be presented to the judge, matters from the opposing party got worse and she stood by and done nothing in my favor. Her prices are outrageous for doing what? I have no idea! Definitely advise ppl to shop around before hiring her for your case! On my second lawyer due to her incompetence, and urgency to protect and fight for my daughters.

Even in her replies here she is a dishonest. She claims to maintain professional communication standards and does not. She will charge you for things that she has not done. She says I was not involved in the case... But I had continual communication with her client, who was dropped after sucking her client dry financially. Her client was dropped with no reasoning except lack of communication. ... Yet every attempt at a communication was ignored, and inappropriate communication was made by her office and then billed. She would call her with no attached name to the number and then send charges for an unanswered phone call. She did not use her own communication system. Our client was told that all communication would take place via an electronic system/portal, yet this office would call her client with an unknown unidentified number and then bill her for not answering the phone. She can deny this all she wants, but it is true. Do not trust this woman. I believe that this attorney thought that the case would be cut and dried and she would not have to actually do any work. So when things became difficult, she created a rationale for dropping her client. The defendant never submitted discovery, and this attorney never did anything about that. The defendant was clearly in an adulterous affair and this attorney made no attempt to use that information for her client. The defendant was not in compliance with a standing order.And this attorney did nothing.
