The Firm is an amazing firm. I came to them desperately looking for help in my workman comp. case and they were able to help me immediately within 48 hours of me stepping into their office. I wasn't sure whether to work with an attorney when trying to recover expenses incurred as the result of a car accident, but after an initial consultation with Cameron Lucke, one of the attorneys at Hoggatt, I truly felt like they would have my best interests at heart. I am pretty sure I could have handled this on my own, but the process is super daunting and very time intensive. I very much appreciated his candor when discussing overall expectations and steps involved with getting the care I needed and what they would be able to do for me. While my case was overseen by Cameron, the vast majority of my interactions with Hoggatt Law were actually with the paralegal assigned to my case, Shae Pfeifer. Shea always approached me with the understanding and empathy as I was dealing with years of medical care. She was incredibly responsive and diligent. Her commitment to following up with me over the course of three years(yes, three!) was impressive to say the least. I always felt like I was given extremely personal service. When it came to recouping all of my out of pocket costs and finally negotiating a settlement with the at-fault driver's insurance company, she was absolutely pivotal in securing the best possible outcome for me. She has the right personality, spirit, and excellent negotiation skills for the position she's in to represent her clients, and I am confident that I would have been worse off if I tried to navigate through all of this on my own. I highly recommend Darby ! He took my worker's comp case back in '07. He fought tooth and nail for me ! Got the results I needed. His services are friendly and personal. He and his staff became "friends" and we stay in touch to this day. I refered a couple of my friends to him already. Give him a call !
