The secretary at this law firm, her name was Alexis. She was not only professional, but highly highly efficient when handling my needs. she could sense that I was upset which led her to be incredibly kind and understanding which immediately made me feel comfortable. She took the stress out of my situation and within two hours had the attorney call me. So not only did I feel like she cared, but she show it I and that’s exactly what I needed at that time. Her warmth and efficiency was truly remarkable and I am so grateful that I called the office and she was the one that picked up the phone. I gave this firm a legally viable case and they asked me to pay for an initial consultation. No thanks- that's why I pitched my case to every firm in the city. If you have a case that is related to personal injury or negligence, I would suggest reaching out to as many firms as possible. Only one firm is needed to take your case to the next stage.
