Super great company. I called in for help as an employee of a family to set up my account. I had failed to do so on my own. Vivian was very patient in solving my hiccups and navigating me through HomeWok Solutions website. I particularly was impressed that she took the time to make sure I was comfortable with everything. It is clear that the company cares about customer service.

I have been using Homework Solutions for over six years and they are great. The customer service is really good. They are quick to reply and ensure everything runs smoothly. I don't think I am an easy customer, often needing hands on help to make changes to my payroll but they are always kind and on-top of everything. Filing my taxes at the end of the year has gone smoothly every time. Dwayne has been my customer service agent for a few years and he is a great partner.

We were referred to Home Work Solutions by our CPA and we couldn’t be happier with the service we’ve received. The communication from Joe and Nathan has been exceptional. They were both professional, patient and helpful during my many requests for guidance. Knowing that our caregivers will be paid on time and all of the taxes and other paperwork are being processed correctly is such a relief for me.

We've used HWS for the last 4.5 years for our nanny. We've never had a single issue with our payroll, tax documentation, etc. and they are always there to quickly assist when we need it. Recently we've missed the payroll deadline a few times due to travel and illness and Marcela has been able to squeeze us through way past the deadline so our nanny didn't receive her check late. Can't recommend them enough!

I wish I had read the reviews before using their service. Their customer service is TERRIBLE and they want to nickel and dime you for everything. I hired them since I don't know anything about having an employee. When I terminated my employee they stopped helping me. They didn't explain to me what needed to happen, but rather told me they would no longer do anything on my behalf. They didn't explain this meant no longer filling my quarter tax returns. Now they are telling me it will cost me $745 to fill my taxes and send my employee his tax items for 2025. As a widow, I would expect better service and more sympathy from a home employment payroll provider.
