I hired Hundal Family Law to represent me in my divorce case in Sacramento County. From the start, Jaspreet was very professional, caring, and compassionate. He has a solid understanding and command over the law and did an amazing job using his legal knowledge to proceed in a very strategic way. Jaspreet is highly strategic. He was also very honest and transparent, never leading me down the wrong path, even if it meant telling me something I did not want to hear. My ex was threatening me with a lot of stuff. She made many false allegations against me. Jaspreet went above and beyond to disprove her claims. We had two trials, and in both, Jaspreet showed complete and total command over the issues. In the end, his strategy paid off. My divorce is complete, and in terms of result, I got exactly what I wanted, including a termination of spousal support. My ex was purposely delaying and obstructing the divorce case, just as she had threatened to do. Jaspreet knew exactly what to do and how to handle it. Jaspreet successfully got the court to issue sanctions against my ex for her bad behavior. I cannot recommend or thank Jaspreet enough. He helped me during a very difficult time. I am so glad I came across Hundal Family Law. I previously had two attorneys, one who left me hanging. I had a hearing coming up so I was left scrambling to find a new attorney. After several consultations with various attorneys, I liked Jas's calm confidence and attention to detail. The day after I retained him, a traumatic event happened involving my child. My whole case took a wildly different turn and Jas was right there with me. Even though he just took my case, the declaration he wrote was so on point, it was as if he knew me, my children, and our situation for years. His perception of my case was so intuitive.
