I called to ask for input on how to deal with a discrimination based off disability related to housing. And I finally spoke with a man named David who was ridiculously condescending and doesn't take a breath when he speaks so I'm sitting here being lectured out instead of spoken to. And perhaps maybe he needs to be reminded that all disabilities mean intellectually challenged. He gave me absolutely nothing above what I was already able to find on Google and then being very sharp and condescending in the process of delivering it. His final solution was because I don't have the means to move from the situation that despite that the situation could potentially cause severe reactions such as up to a stroke in this particular case that if it's bothering me that bad to go to the hospital. great, wish I would have thought of that for the entire year and a half I've been fighting this, that's only getting worse over time. the hospital is not going to let me live there for the next however long it takes which is what it's going to be requiring shortly if I'm going to go to the hospital every time this happens. it's multiple times a night. I'm thinking he might be in the wrong role at the moment as far as career if he has no compassion, manners or empathy for the very people he's supposed to be representing..
I can only give them a two stars because they were not able to help me. At first it seem like the wanted to help but after the call . It feel off a cliff. Basically had to give up and have my wages garnished.
Arianna Eddy was a lifesaver when it came to helping me with my issues with my driver's license and professional license. I can't thank her enough for her time, diligence, and kindness.
I was pushed away to another number with restrictions. It would be better if the "other" number did a follow up call. I never got any help. I'm a disabled veteran, senior citizen.
