They dealt with my boyfriends job permit case and it went super smooth! He got his job permit in less than 2 months from when we went to turn in his paperwork! Very great lawyer that cares for our people!!

My husband and I filed with them in 2020 and we have still had no progress every time we call they say we have to schedule an appointment and when we call for the appointment they dodge us or end up saying they will call us back and then never do. This whole process has been frustrating because they were quick to collect on their money but it seems like they have no time for their clients. They never call with updates we always have to call them. If I could go back I would file with someone else

If there was an option to do zero stars I would've. Daniel, Jason, Stephenie only want your money. We paid a retainer over 6 weeks ago and they did not even begin the case. As some may know when it comes to immigration issues (renewal) there is a time limit. Things need to be done before an expiration date. The case was not started, ZERO communication about anything at all. The only time they talked was when we had to set up a meeting to get any answers. At the first meeting (we asked for ) 6 plus weeks later, they tried to up the price. When asked why it was above the original pricing instead of any valid reason Daniel brought up the bills for the law firm such as rent, water, lights. WE asked to speak to Jason as he was the one who told us the agreed amount price and were told he was unavailable. Mind you this was 6 weeks after we paid 2,000 dollars nothing on the case was started. WE even made a monthly payment in that time span and nothing was started. We asked for a refund as we were being taken advantage of, during this process we asked for a piece of paper stating the case was closed . DANIEL said word of mouth was okay? WE knew this wasn't correct so wrote out our own termination later and Daniel signed. Just to find out days later When we called, Daniel never communicated that the termination was complete. We were asked to send a termination text and I responded with a photo of signed paper . Stephanie then said " it didn't say this was completed". POOR COMMUNICATION not just with clients but within the firm. When it came to the refund of the check we asked if it was mailed out or ready to pick up (as requested) and was told by Stephanie there was no update and it was not ready. We then called Daniel moments later to be told the check was sent out. POOR COMMUNICATION WITHIN THE FIRM. And of course they charged $500 for the things they did on this unstarted case. I suggest going literally anywhere else and not letting these people take advantage of you or your family in time of need! They know youre circumstances and feed off the fact that you need help. GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

I hired Jasón December 2024 he knew about my case and told me it would be 9000 . He was asking for a $2000 retainer to begin. So I paid him the retainer that week, and was told to wait for a paper in the mail, stating what documents I needed. I waited for seven weeks nothing came in the mail zero communication with the law firm or any of the associates. The only meeting I had is the one I had to call and set up which I was assuming would’ve been with Jason. Instead, it was Daniel telling me that they were about to start the case before they start the case they were gonna need $2500 more. Super unprofessional communication. I told Daniel I did not want to start my case with their law firm after seven weeks of waiting for them to start it. After receiving the check in the mail, they took $540 for “stuff they did for the case. “ if you need help with your case or anything immigration this is not the spot to do it.

They hold work permits for months for no reason.
