Jeffrey Wilson has been working with our homeowner’s association for two years dealing with a host of complicated issues stemming from our Northern Virginia location on the Potomac River. A series of disputes with a disgruntled member of the homeowner's association resulted in claims of contract violations, trespassing, easement disputes directed at the association and the individual homeowners in a relentless series of hostile actions. Throughout this legal morass, Jeff researched and addressed one issue after another, demonstrating a deep and comprehensive understanding of the law. In the end, the court found in the homeowner association’s favor on every important issue.

We initially began working with Jeff Wilson's colleague at Pender and Coward, Jim Lang, to represent our HOA in our community's bid to obtain additional slips on our community pier. When one of the members of our community who did not have a pier slip sued our homeowners' association to take away everyone else's pier slip, Jim brought Jeff Wilson on board. I am so thankful that he did. The plaintiffs filed what seemed like endless motions and amended complaints but Jeff handled the case masterfully . His firm is located in Virginia Beach and we are in Northern Virginia, but driving the 200 miles for each court date was never an issue. We actually saved a substantial amount as attorneys' rates in Northern Virginia are substantially higher. Jeff is an expert in case law and research. He and his team presented a straight forward, organized defense and we won! I can't thank him enough!
