I cannot fully express the amount of gratitude I have for Manda and the whole team and the way they assisted in my divorce. I chose this law office after an exhaustive search for an attorney that would be helpful for me as an LGBT person. I feared that my ex-partner would attempt to use my LGBT identity against me in the divorce, so I wanted to find an attorney that would be helpful in my situation. It was unfortunate that my ex-partner did attempt to use my status as an LGBT person against me in the divorce, but I am eternally grateful that Manda and the team were ready and able to assist with every step of the way. This office went above and beyond to make the divorce process as painless as possible and to support me every step of the way. They kept me well informed from start to finish. Unfortunately, our experience with Jess Couser has been very disappointing. She has not represented my daughter effectively during a very critical time. Jess came unprepared to mediations, which made us feel vulnerable and unsupported. It also became clear that other clients were given priority, and my daughter’s case was not receiving the attention or urgency it deserved. We expected a strong advocate, but instead found someone who was not aggressive or proactive when it mattered most. I would not recommend her services based on our experience.

Team Jess has been amazing and fantastic. Jess is always up to date with new laws and policies, and spends a lot of her time researching and learning aa much as she can, and she was always able to find creative and innovative ways to help with my complex situation. Jess is as good at law as she is at managing her business. Her office space is beautiful and cozy, filled with knowledgeable staff and additional attorneys to help answer questions and share insights. I have recommended Jess’ law firm to a few friends who have also hired her and had quick and easy outcomes! I have witnessed Team Jess in the courtroom many times, and when it comes time for judicial argument and strategy, Jess is a Wizard.
