I hired JR Law Group hoping to make progress in my custody case. My ex-wife was violating multiple terms of our decree, and I needed assistance moving the case closer to my jurisdiction and potentially addressing ORS financial matters as well as pressuring my ex-wife to honor the decree. Unfortunately, after spending over $7,000, not a single issue was resolved. I sought professional legal help to find real solutions, but instead I received delays, poor communication, and false reassurance that progress was being made. It often took a week or more just to receive a response from my assigned attorney, and I was billed around $200 per call merely to speak with her paralegal. Despite my repeated efforts to move the case forward, nothing meaningful was accomplished. In the end, I achieved more progress handling the matters myself than I ever did through JR Law Group. Perhaps there are stronger attorneys in the firm, but the one assigned to me provided no measurable results. I take no pleasure in leaving a negative review, but potential clients deserve transparency. JR Law Group may charge thousands of dollars without delivering any tangible outcome. Proceed with caution.

Attorney Erica Lewis, and her paralegal Sarah Liston, are phenomenal. The attention to detail in my case was amazing. Any worries I had were addressed and I always felt like I was heard and respected. My case was extremely high conflict and I had a lot of concerns. Erica, and team, were always patient enough to explain things in detail, explore various options, and ultimately advocate for myself and my children. I just completed an almost 5 year high conflict divorce this past January. I don’t know how I would have survived fighting that long without the support from Jaclyn and the entire JR Law team. Jaclyn is a true professional at her craft but also understands the emotional difficulties her clients experience, and treated me with kindness and compassion throughout. I was very lucky to have been introduced to Jaclyn, and am grateful for the countless hours they spent fighting for me. My divorce took nearly 5 years because my ex fought me on every turn. His strategy was to hurt me and wear me down emotionally and financially until I quit. Jaclyn never stopped fighting for me and made it very clear to the judge what was going on.
