I don’t know if what I can say about this firm and what Kate has done for me in this review that will give you enough of a picture of how good she is at what she does. As a father of two young boys who are my everything and who love there Father I needed to make sureI found an attorney that would fight for my children to make sure I was there for them. Well… I found her. In the worst days of my life when my X wife and her family tried to ruin my life and take everything I own as well as my children. I felt like I had no one. Kate gave me back my life. She exposed the lies and what the other side was doing to me. Every day in court was a felt like a win. (They took be back to court a few time because they weren’t happy with the outcome they got). But I was able to rebuild my life because of Kate. I look at my two boys in our new home and think about how lucky I am to have them by my side and the life I now have with them. Then I think about Kate and how I couldn’t have done this without her. She will fight harder than anyone for you and will be by your side the whole way through. Thanks Kate and honestly the whole firm.

My family and I have been represented by the Kelly Law Firm since the initial divorce and custody battle, which started before Covid. We started initially with Kate and her husband Cal Heinle for rounds 2 and 3. Our most recent case was with Kelly and Murstein LLC, where we were represented by Attorney Rebecca. What should have been a simple case became complicated because of the other parent and our unpredictable court system. Rebecca and her team kept us grounded throughout the process, and in the end, we were able to keep our baby safe. The only downside was the cost of representation. Every email, text, and phone call, no matter how short, came with a fee, and we struggled to keep up. Thankfully, Kelly was understanding and allowed us to set up a monthly payment plan. Divorce is expensive, especially when children are involved, and if it is not amicable, the other party can drag it out, risking a family’s financial stability. We are grateful to Rebecca for her patience, even when we were stressed and frustrated, and for securing a decisive victory for our child. We also thank Kelly and Murstein for working with us financially, which allowed us to maintain quality legal representation without taking on debt.
