I’ve been working with Dayna from Lally Immigration for the past two years to petition for my mom to immigrate to the U.S. The entire process has been smooth, clear, and easy to follow. My wife and I had a great experience filing our I-130, I-765, I-485, and I-131 with Dayna. She and her assistant, Emily, were extremely detailed and we were able to move things along at a very quick pace in thanks to how structured their forms and emails were. From start to finish it took us 5 months from first time speaking with Dayna to getting our I-130/I-485 approved, with 2 months to finalize and compile all our documents which definitely helped expediate our approval. Both Dayna and Emily were extremely responsive to our questions which were few due to how detailed their original documentations were, which for such an important process was such a relief for myself and my wife. Her service fee is also very well priced for the relief it brought us throughout the process. We were also based in NYC but decided on Dayna, so you don't need to be based in Boston to choose her, which we highly recommend!
