I do not often write reviews, but the exceptional service I received from the Law Group of Iowa merits recognition. Following the passing of my spouse, I needed to update all of my estate planning documents—including my will, power of attorney, and medical power of attorney—while also establishing a trust to ensure my assets transfer outside of probate, as well as a special needs trust for my daughter. Paula at the Law Group of Iowa demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and genuine care throughout the entire process. She took the time to fully understand my situation, offered thoughtful guidance, and ensured that every detail was addressed. All documents were completed within approximately two weeks, consistent with her initial timeline. The quality of the work was excellent, and when an unexpected issue arose between the Auditor’s Office and the Recorder’s Office, Paula stepped in immediately. Her support and advocacy were invaluable in resolving the matter efficiently. Regarding cost, the firm’s fees were comparable to those of other legal offices; however, the level of service, attention, and peace of mind I received far exceeded the investment. Should I require legal assistance in the future, I will not hesitate to contact the Law Group of Iowa again—and I will certainly ask for Paula.

I cannot express enough how pleased and satisfied I am with the service I received. Attorney Chris Johnston is EXCEPTIONAL. He is extremely attentive and worked very hard to reach a settlement that exceeded my expectations. The whole staff made me feel welcomed and were very patient with all of my questions and concerns. Patty is amazing and explained everything in great detail to make me feel comfortable and informed. They are professional but down to earth and I am completely grateful for this experience.
